how does your shipping service work?
Once you’ve placed an order with us you will receive an 'order confirmation' email letting you know we have received your order/payment. Then we start processing. Within 24 business hours your order is ready to ship and you will receive an 'order dispatched' email including some useful information such as transit time, invoice and return form. Once your parcel is on its way to you, you'll receive a 'tracking number' email so you can follow it. Now you just have to wait because the parcel is on it's way to you! Don't forget to review the item you bought and submit some pictures of your look on social media using our hashtag #ycobabes.

 

how long does it take for my parcel to arrive?
In Iberian shipments (Portugal and Spain) our transit time is only 1 day! To other locations the transit time varies depending on the destination and the chosen carrier.

how do I track my parcel?
You need to take note of the tracking number that is in your 'tracking number' email. Then click on the link according to the carrier you have chosen for delivery and type it:

 

I won't be at the place when/where my parcel arrives
Because we always ship through trackable services we will need a signature when the parcel is delivered. But don't worry if you are not there because carriers usually try to deliver more than once. If you are unavailable to reach at the moment of delivery the courier leaves a note with information on your parcel and you should contact them 
to rearrange a second delivery.

 

my parcel isn't here yet! what should I do?
The estimated transit time is in your 'order dispatched' email, so please allow until the end of that date for your parcel to arrive. If the estimated date has passed and you haven't received your parcel yet please contact us.

 

import charges and other costs: how does it work?
Extra costs like customs and import charges depend on its destination country. We have no control over these charges and all of them must be paid by you. These extra costs vary widely from country to country so it might be a good idea to contact your local customs office to understand the process and current values (if applicable). We ship from Portugal so if you are on the Eurozone nothing extra will be charged.

 

I didn't pick up/refused my parcel
If you don't pick up or refuse any parcels you are responsible for the cost of returning the package to us. That amount will be subtracted to your refund.

 

how are my shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are based on carrier, insurance, destination and weight of the parcel. To determine the specific cost of one order add the items you want to buy to your cart and proceed to checkout. There you will be able to view the shipping costs even before clicking to complete the purchase.

 

what time can I expect my parcel?
Couriers usually deliver between 8am and 19pm.
