The website www.yourclosetonline.com belongs to the company Your Closet Online, Lda. based in Portugal and with value added tax number 513 993 800, below known as the acronym 'YCO'.
The 'terms & conditions' define all the useful information to navigate in our online store and regulate all the steps that are necessary to make a purchase, payment, delivery and return, thus ensuring the good functioning between the user and YCO.
By accepting our 'terms & conditions' both parties agree that anything done through www.yourclosetonline.com will be governed by this agreement.


intellectual property
All our contents (texts and images) can not be reproduced without prior authorization, so if you need any content send us an email to hello@yourclosetonline.com and await confirmation.


reviews and images with our hashtag #ycobabes
Everything written on the page of our products through the 'reviews' will become content of our site. All images submitted to social media and other similar platforms using our hashtag #ycobabes may be used by us.


privacy policy
The processing of user data is done in compliance with the legislation. We go further and we guarantee that the data will only appear in our database, and we use it merely for analysis and reporting. We will never provide your information to other entities.


registration
To register at www.yourclosetonline.com you must provide the information requested, some of which are mandatory (name, full address, contact) and some optional. You should also choose a combination of email/password that will be used to login whenever you want to buy. Alternatively, you can also sign in with Facebook.


purchase
To make a purchase you have to add the products you want to buy to the cart, but it will only be validated when you complete all the steps of the purchase process by clicking on 'confirm' on step 5. Therefore you can add products to your cart even if you want to change/delete them later, before completing the purchase. The final confirmation of the order corresponds to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products, as well as these 'terms & conditions'. The data provided to create the invoice is users responsibility and the invoice after been issued can not be changed.


payment
At www.yourclosetonline.com we offer the following payment methods:

  • credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard): via Easypay - Instituição de Pagamento, Lda
  • paypal: via PayPal, Inc
  • ATM reference: via Easypay - Instituição de Pagamento, Lda
  • cash on delivery: via carrier selected by the user (available in Iberian shipments)

If the user pays with credit/debit card or paypal, the transaction will be made immediately after purchase confirmation. If ATM reference is chosen, you will need to go to an ATM or use homebanking and pay for the order. Orders with this type of payment are valid for 1 (one) business day. If payment is not received within 1 (one) business day, the order can not be validated and consequently sent. Any value received after this deadline will be returned or if you prefer it can be used in a new order. If you select the cash on delivery option, the payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery.


delivery
The delivery is performed by the carrier that the user selects at the time of purchase, which may be:

  • CTT Expresso
  • MRW
  • Chronopost
  • DHL Express

parcel not picked up/refused
If the user decides not to pick up or refuse a parcel, the user is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. This amount will be subtracted from the total amount to be refunded.


promotional campaigns/discounts/promotions/vouchers
If a purchase is made under a promotional campaign, YCO can not guarantee the same discounts/promotions/vouchers beyond the deadline of that campaign.


newsletter voucher
By subscribing to our newsletter we have to offer a 10% discount to use in a purchase of your choice. This voucher is for single use and not cumulative with other offers. It has a validity of 5 (five) days and to use it you just need to copy the code to the appropriate field in the 'cart summary' and click 'validate' before completing the purchase.


returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can make a return within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of. To do so, you must print and fill the return form (previously sent as an attachment in the email entitled 'order dispatched'), add to the products and send them to the following address:

The return form and the products must be sent to us using registered mail with tracking within 14 days (what counts is the date on the postage stamp). Even if it gets lost or delayed it is not your responsibility so we guarantee you refund. The products to be returned must not have been used, washed or altered, keeping all original labels and packaging. The costs of sending the products back to us are your responsibility, non-refundable.


refunds
If you paid by credit/debit card or paypal the refund is made through the same form of payment. If you chose ATM reference or cash on delivery, we may have to ask for proof of payment, IBAN and confirmation of ownership of the account where you want the amount to be refunded. YCO processes refunds within 5 (five) business days after the receipt of the products and verifying their conditions. The user will be notified when the refund is completed, along with the credit slip. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction into your account, even though we make it in 5 business days.


exchanges
We sell to more than 200 different destinations and our merchandise is always in transit, so the stock availability to do exchanges is not always immediate. Therefore we do not do exchanges, only returns. If you really wanted that product but with another color/size combination you should return it and buy again the same product but with the correct color/size combination.


errors
We always do double (triple!) check. But if any product is incorrectly registered (eg. errors in description or price) we own the right to cancel orders already submitted for this product. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount of the purchase, thus being canceled. At that time we will have corrected the error and the user can make a new order.
YCO will honor orders received online up to the limit of the available stocks. In the event of unavailability of the product, we promise to inform you as soon as possible.
