exchanges & returns


what is your return policy?
Do you want to return something? No problem! Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure you post it back to us within those 14 days (what counts is the date on the postage stamp). Even if it gets lost or delayed it is not your responsibility so we guarantee you refund.
Returned products must not have been worn, altered or washed, keeping all original tags and plastic wrap.
Shipping the goods back to us is at your cost, non-refundable.


how do I return, could you explain step-by-step?
On the email 'order dispatched' we attached the return form that you should fill and send to us with the product(s) you want to return. If you can't find it, download it here: return form

step-by-step:
1. print and fill the return form
2. pack and seal the product(s) and add the filled return form
3. send to us using a trackable service within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, to the following address:

4. wait for us to process your money refund and for the credit slip on your email


when will my payment be refunded?
Once we receive the package your refund will be processed in the original form of payment, within 5 business days.
You will be notified by us when this transaction has taken place, along with the credit slip.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction into your account, even though we make it in 5 business days.


how do I make an exchange? I only want to change color and/or size
We sell to more than 200 different destinations worldwide so our merchandise is always in transit and the stock availability to make exchanges is not always immediate. Therefore, we don’t make exchanges only returns. If you really want that product but in other color and/or size you can return it and buy again the same article but with correct color/size combination.
